INGREDIENTS
1 cup all purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup buttermilk
1 cup
thick Saffron
Chick Pea Stew
water
DIRECTIONS
Make samosa dough
by combining flour,
salt,
oil and
buttermilk.
Mix
thoroughly.
Knead
for 5 minutes, cover
and set aside for 15
minutes before dividing
and rolling into 8
equal circles.
Preheat
oven to 400 degrees.
Warm thick Saffron
Chick Pea Stew.
Place two scant
tablespoons of warm
stew on each dough
circle, wet edges
with water and pinch
to seal.
Bake on a
cookie sheet in preheated
oven for 8-10
minutes until lightly
browned.
